Consumption Of Meat

Pork meat are processed in various types of products for e.g. Pork Salami, Sausages, Frank- futer,  Ham, Bacon etc.  Pork (pig meat) is a rich source of animal protein for the human diet.  It also provides considerable amount of iron and vitamins of B-complex group. 

Lards (Fats)  is used besides as a fine cooking medium, in the manufacture of soaps, lubricants, candles & greases & for impregnating leather to render it waterproof. 

Blood is also a valuable by product. Blood- meal is useful as food for live stocks & poultry & as manure.  It is also used for making albumen employed in plywood making, for dressing leather before dyeing.  And for dyeing of textiles and papers. 

Bristles (pig hair) are used of   brush manufacturing  companies. The samples are subjected to careful physical analysis & those which conform prescribed specifications are with agmark  & packed at the packing stations and are exported in different scales. 

Processing of meat are held in many cities of India as piggery products.   

Pigs are strong & durable against any contagious & viral disease tallied to other live stocks for e.g. Cattle farming, poultry, & Goat farming, if the rearing are done in good condition of feeding, medication & proper management of pig housekeeping.

Farmer can achieve  good profit margin because pigs are higher producer of stocks & fast grower  tallied to the other husbandry farming.
